1. If you were a user of our previous app SJIBLNet:
✅ To activate ShahjalalTouchPay, please tap "Forgot User ID or Password".
2. If you are not a previous user of SJIBLNet:
✅ To activate ShahjalalTouchPay, please tap "Self Registration".
3. If you see the message “Wrong Email/Mobile”, please visit your branch to update your information.
Awareness Message of ShahjalalTouchPay Users for NPSB
1. Dear Customer, please ensure that you correctly input the desired beneficiary's 13, 14, 15, 16, or 17-digit account number while making a fund transfer
2. Occasionally, disputes may occur during NPSB transactions. In such cases, the amount may be debited from your account but not credited to the beneficiary's account.
3. If the debited amount is not automatically refunded to your account, kindly inform us by emailing ibank@sjiblbd.com or calling 16302.
4. After proper verification, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of five (5) working days.
5. Please note that until the dispute is resolved, your funds will remain securely held within the NPSB channel.
