As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, on 15th April 2023, relief items were distributed to more than 400 families as Eid gifts among the distressed and helpless people living in Nurerchala and Khilbari Teck area in the capital. The Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Ward Councilor No. 39 Mr. Shafiqul Islam Basek and the SEVP of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, Head of Public Relations Division and Bank Foundation Mr. Md. Shamsuddoha (Shimu) distributed the relief items. As relief each receiver got 05 kg of rice, 1 kg of dal, 01 kg of sugar and 1 liter of oil.
