Shahjalal Islami Bank donated Tk. 4.00 (four) crore to the Prime Minister’s Ashrayan Project-2 for constructing home for the homeless people. The Chairman of Shahjalal Islami Bank Foundation Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP and the Chairman of Executive Committee of the Bank Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah handed over the Cheque of Tk. 4.00 (four) crore to the Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her office on 15th January 2023. Among others the Chairman of Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB) Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam Mazumdar was also present while handing over the cheque.
