Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited organized a month-long training course on Entrepreneurship Development for developing entrepreneurs and making new entrepreneurs under the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) tranche-3 Project under the supervision of SME & Special Program Department of Bangladesh Bank. the SME and Agri. Investment Department of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited conducted the month-long training course from 10th August 2022 at the Bank's Training Academy. The Managing Director & CEO of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited Mr. M. Shahidul Islam presided over the ceremony while the Additional Secretary and Executive Project Director of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Mr. Md. Ekhlasur Rahman inaugurated the training course as the chief guest. The Director of Bangladesh Bank Mr. Md. Jaker Hossain was present as a special guest in the occasion.

Among others the Deputy Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, the Principal of Shahjalal Islami Bank Training Academy Mr. Md Saidur Rahman, the Head of SME and Agricultural Investment Department of the Bank Mr. Md. Abdur Rahim, the Additional Director of Bangladesh Bank’s SME and Special Program Department Mr. Arifuzzaman and the Joint Director Mr. Mohammad Zahid Iqbal were present in the program. There were 25 potential young entrepreneurs participated in the training course.

By taking such training, a young entrepreneur can acquire the necessary skills to run his/her business successfully. Moreover, the training will help an entrepreneur and an entrepreneur to become successful businessmen.
