Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited inaugurated a Hajj Booth and Free Medical Camp at Ashkona Hajj Camp for providing sufficient Hajj guidelines and free Medical services to the Pilgrims. Free Medical services will be provided to the Pilgrims on behalf of Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Hospital. This year Shahjalal islami Bank Limited will provide Hajj Guide, 500 pcs Bed sheet & Pillow and 15000 pcs Umbrella to the Pilgrims. To reach airport a month long AC bus also has been provided for Pilgrims.

The Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mr. M. Shahidul Islam inaugurated the Booth and Medical Camp as a chief Guest on 05 June 2022.

Among others the Additional Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Abdul Aziz, the Director of Hajj Camp Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, the President of HAAB Mr. M Shahadat Hossain Taslim, Head of Public Relations & Bank Foundation Mr. Md. Shamsuddoha, the Member Secretary of Shariah Supervisory Committee of the Bank Mawlana Md. Farid Uddin, the Manager of Uttara Branch of the Bank Mr. Md. Zahidul Islam and the Manager of Ashkona Branch Mr. Mohammad Habibur Rahaman were also present on the inauguration ceremony.
