The Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, Chairman of the bank foundation and member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP, was present as Chief Guest. The Khatib of Sonapur Bara Masjid, Hafeez Mawlana Md. Harunur Rashid discussed on “the Significance of Mahe Ramadan” and conducted special munajat for the welfare of the nation while the Deputy Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj presided over the ceremony. The former Mayor of Ramganj Municipality Mr. Belal Ahmed, the Chairman of Kanchanpur No.01 Union Parishad Mr. Md. Nasir Uddin Khan, the General Secretary of Ramganj Upazila Awami League Mr. A K M Ruhul Amin delivered speech on the occasion.
