Shahjalal Islami Bank organized “Annual Business Conference-2026”

Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIBPLC) organized “Annual Business Conference-2026” on 17th January 2026 at local Resort in Gazipur. The Conference was presided over by its’ Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, while the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Mohammed Younus was present as Chief Guest.

Among others the Directors of the Bank Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman and the member of Shariah Supervisory Committee of the Bank Mufti Abdullah Masum were present in the conference. The Additional Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, the Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Rashed Sarwar, Mr. M.M.Saiful Islam and Mr. Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA participated & delivered speech in this conference. The Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA discussed elaborately on the overall success of previous year 2025. On the other hand, the Head of different Division from Corporate Head Office, the Executives and the Branch Managers of the Bank participated in the business conference. The SEVP & Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar and the SEVP & Head of Investment Monitoring Division Ms. Rumana Kutubuddin moderated the program.

The meeting evaluated the performance of the last year and adopted necessary strategies and action plan to achieve the target for the remaining time of the year. The managers from different branches and the executives from Corporate Head Office are given Award in different categories for their outstanding performance.
