The 265th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC held on recently at it’s Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed the Chairman of Board Audit Committee of the Bank. Among others the Director of the Bank & Member of the Committee Mr. Khandaker Sakib Ahmed, the Independent Directors of the Bank Mr. Ekramul Hoque and Mr. Md. Reazul Karim participated in the meeting. The Director of the Bank Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid was present as Special Invited Guest. The Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
