In order to provide better services to the clients the Dinajpur Branch of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. has started banking activities from 7th July 2024 at the new address (Captain Tower & Shopping Complex, Holding No- 1110/0, Gonesh Tola, Kotoali, Dinajpur). The Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed formally inaugurated the relocated branch as Chief Guest. The Additional Managing Director & COO of the Bank Mr. M. Akhter Hossain was present as special guest in this program and delivered speech. The Manager of Dinajpur Branch of the Bank Mr. Chowdhury Md. Shahidullah presided over the opening ceremony.

The branch has been relocated to a spacious place for ensuring better services to the customer. Among others the Proprietor of M/S. Shah Enterprise Mr. Shah Md. Mominul Islam, the director of Dinajpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Syed Sagir Ahmed and the proprietor of Monsafe Auto Rice Mill Mr. Sajjad Hossain delivered speech as special invited guests on the occasion. There were a number of customers and well-wishers also present in this ceremony. The ceremony included reciting from the Holy Quran, Milad Mahfil and Doa was held at the branch premises. The In-charge (CC) of Public Relations Department of the Bank Mr. K. M. Harunur Rashid moderated this program.

In his speech, the Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed said, we have relocated this branch to more spacious location for providing better services to our clients. We hope our customer will get more services from now. The branch started its’ journey on 14th December 2010 and contribute to the overall development of this area including agriculture, industry, trade and infrastructure. We also hope that in the near future Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. will play a more inventive role in the expansion of trade, commerce and industry in this area.
