The 379th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Vice-Chairman of the Board Directors Mr. Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Karim (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Tahera Faruque & Mrs. Jabun Nahar (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr. K. A. M.
