The 63rd meeting of the Risk Management Committee (RMC) of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 06th March 2024 at it’s Corporate Head Office of the Bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distance. The meeting was presided over by Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Bank. Among others the Director of the Bank and Member of the Committee Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed and Mr. Mohammed Younus were present in the meeting. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. A. K. Azad, MP; the Chairman of Executive Committee Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, the Director Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid and the Independent Director of the Bank & Chairman of Board Audit Committee Mr. K. A. M. Majedur Rahman were also present as Special Invited Guest. The Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
