Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC won Overall winner in the 23rd ICAB National Award for Best Presented Annual Reports-2022. Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC has won this recognition as the best of the best by achieving 1st place for the third consecutive time in the Private Sector Banks category, 2nd place in Corporate Governance Disclosures category and 3rd place in Integrated Report category. On 30th October 2023 ICAB organized the ceremony of 23rd ICAB National Award for Best Presented Annual Reports-2022 at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital. The Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed received the award from the Chief Guest of the program Mr. Tipu Munshi, MP, Honorable Minister of Commerce, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The Additional Managing Director & CBO of the Bank Mr. Abdul Aziz and the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank Mr. Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA were also present on the stage while receiving the award.

Among others the Honorable Minister of State, Ministry of Planning Dr. Shamsul Alam, the Chairman of Financial Reporting Council (FRC) Professor Dr. Md. Hamid Ullah Bhuiyan, the President of ICAB Mr. Md. Moniruzzaman, the Additional Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Mian Quamrul Hasan Chowdhury and Mr. M. Akhter Hossain, the Deputy Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Imtiaz U Ahmed, Mr. M. M. Saiful Islam and Mr. Mustafa Husain, the Head of Public Relations and Bank Foundation of the Bank Mr. Md. Shamsuddoha (Shimu) and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the award program.
