A participation agreement was signed between Bangladesh Bank and Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC on October 10, 2023 at the Jahangir Alam Conference Hall of Bangladesh Bank's Head Office to provide investment facilities in the export and manufacturing industries under “Bangladesh Bank- Long Term Financing Facility (BB-LTFF)”. In presence of Bangladesh Bank’s Deputy Governor Mrs. Nurun Nahar, the Managing Director & CEO (Current Charge) of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. Abdul Aziz and the Director of Bangladesh Bank Financial Sector Support and Strategic Planning Department Mrs. Liza Fahmida signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Among others the Additional Managing Director & COO of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. M. Akhter Hossain was also present in the occasion
