Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC won the Gold Award (1st Position) in the 10th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence-2022 for the best presented annual report 2022. The award was presented to Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC in recognition of excellence in corporate governance as well as transparency and accountability in overall management. The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) awarded Gold Award to Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC in Islamic Banking Companies category on 14th October 2023 at Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the Capital Dhaka. The Managing Director & CEO of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed (second from right in the picture) received the award from Mr. Tapan Kanti Ghosh, the Senior Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
