Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman, born in 1957 into a distinguished Muslim family in Narayanganj, is a prominent industrialist. From an early age, he displayed leadership qualities and entrepreneurial acumen that laid the foundation of his successful career.

He serves as the Managing Director of Fakir Apparels Ltd., a globally recognized export-oriented knit composite enterprise. Under his visionary leadership, the company has become a trusted partner of leading international brands, renowned for its commitment to quality, ethical manufacturing, sustainability and innovation.

Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman is also involved in Polymer and Resort business. At present he is acting as a Chairman of Armour Polymer Limited and Managing Director of Greenview Golf Resort Limited.

Mr. Maniruzzaman has set new standards in the industry. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to national trade and commerce, the Ministry of Commerce awarded him the prestigious Commercially Important Person (CIP) status. He has been also awarded with the National Export Trophy (Gold and Silver) several times.

Apart form business achievements, he is dedicated to philanthropy, supporting initiatives in education, healthcare, religious and social welfare. He is the founder of Pancrukhi Darul Hadis Salafiha Madrasha & Mosque at Pancrukhi, Narayangaj, Apon Bhuban Old Age at Uttara, Dhaka, Meherun Nesa Old Age at Gobindogonj, Gaibandha.

Presently he is the member of Army Golf Club, Dhaka Club Limited and Uttara Club Limited.
