Which documents are needed to open account with OBU?

  •   Copy of Applicant's Valid Passport with Arrival/Departure/VISA records.
  •   Copy of Employment Certificate and/or any other documents supporting the residency status abroad of Applicant.
  •   Copy of NID of Applicant (optional).
  •   Copy of NID or Valid Passport of Nominee.
  •   Two (02) copies recent Passport Sized Photograph of Applicant.
  •   One (01) copy Passport Size Photograph of Nominee (duly attested by Applicant).

  •   Extract of Resolution/ Board Resolution.
  •   Trade License or similar document.
  •   Certificate of Incorporation.
  •   Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  •   Updated Form X & XII or any recent document that proves shareholding information and names of the Board of Directors with respective designation.
  •   Photo ID of Directors/ Partners/ Signatories.
  •   2 copies Passport Size Photograph of authorized signatories.

  •   Copy of Applicant's Valid Passport with Arrival/Departure/VISA records.
  •   Copy of Valid Passport of nominee.
  •   Two (02) copies recent Passport Sized Photograph of applicant.
  •   One (01) copy Passport Size Photograph of nominee (duly attested by applicant).
  •   Documents related to receivable dividend against Foreign Direct Investment i.e. Form XII, Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association, Article of Association etc.

  •   Copy of Applicant's Valid Passport with Arrival/Departure/VISA records.
  •   Copy of Employment Certificate and/or any other documents supporting the job agreement of the applicant.
  •   Approval of BIDA.
  •   Copy of Valid Passport of Nominee.
  •   Two (02) copies recent Passport Sized Photograph of Applicant.
  •   One (01) copy Passport Size Photograph of Nominee (duly attested by Applicant).
  •   Latest Pay Slip.

  •   Copy of Valid Photo ID of resident Applicant, Remitter and/or Nominee (Such as National ID/ Passport/ Driving License etc.).
  •   Recent passport size Photographs: 2 copies of resident Applicant, 1 copy of Remitter and/or 1 copy of Nominee (duly attested by the Applicant).
  •   Address Verification Documents if Address not matched with Applicant Photo ID e.g. Utility Bill etc.
  •   Copy of Employment Certificate and/or any other documents supporting the residency status abroad of Remitter.
  •   An Undertaking Form (Bank's prescribed format) duly signed by the Remitter before first transaction.

  •   Extract of Resolution/ Board Resolution.
  •   Trade License or similar document.
  •   BIN Certificate
  •   TIN Certificate
  •   Latest Tax Return Submission Acknowledgement Copy
  •   Certificate of Incorporation.
  •   Memorandum and Articles of Association.
