You can use your SJIBPLC Account information to register by yourself for the service anywhere anytime. To able the service, Cell Phone number and email address of the account holder must be incorporate at our banking database. You do not need to visit the branch to enroll for the service.

The temporary password and User ID would be delivered to your registered Mobile & email address available with the bank.

The new password must be the combination of Length: 11–32 characters, Must include: 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, 1 special character (except $ and ~), No more than 3 repeated or consecutive characters.

No, the password cannot be given over the phone for security purposes.

If you have forgotten your ShahjalalTouchPay User ID or Password, You will obtain the User ID or Password by using Self-password and user ID recovery module. No need to call our 24 Hour Customer Care Centre Or visit the branch to get User ID or Password.

You can enter the wrong password up to 2 times. After the third incorrect attempt, your account will be locked. To unlock it, please tap 'Forgot Password' to recover your account

Yes. You can see a summary of your account profile at the Personal Homepage once you have logged in to ShahjalalTouchPay

Yes, you can view the transactions belonging to all your accounts.

You can download the application from the website or collect it from our Branch, fill it up and drop it to your SJIBPLC Branch. Users must be taken to fill the mandatory fields carefully. Otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

Fund transfer can be done between your own SJIBPLC Bank accounts, to other SJIBPLC Bank accounts , other banks account (NPSB, RTGS, BEFTN) and MFS (bKash, Nagad) that are already added as a beneficiary.

Yes. You can pay SJIBPLC Credit Card bill (BDT, USD) within round the clock as well as others bank Credit Card Bill (by using BEFTN) also.

Yes, you can get all type of transaction alerts through registered Mobile and email.

YES. But you must visit your branch and fill-up a service request form.

To reduce the risk of wrong entry. Bank will not take any responsibility for any incident that occurred due to incorrect/wrongly mentioned account or Card Number.

ShahjalalTouchPay ensures the highest level of security for registration by verifying the mobile number, Date of Birth and email from your account. A unique ID and Password are created for this app. One Time Password (OTP) based service is initiated by customers via email or SMS, with security for all financial transactions.

2FA is SMS based One Time Password initiated as financial transaction credential. It's a free service.

Any one IMEI number can used for ShahjalalTouchPay.

Yes. A single IMEI number can be used for ShahjalalTouchPay by adding the device with a validated OTP sent via SMS and email.

No, You cannot login to multiple devices at the same time with the same user id.

Your account will be automatically logged out after 3 minutes of inactivity.

To dispute a transaction, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the App and log in to your ShahjalalTouchPay account.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Transaction History.
3. Choose the appropriate Transaction Network (e.g., Other Bank Fund Transfer, bKash, Nagad, etc.).
4. Select the relevant Transaction Media (e.g., BEFTN, RTGS, NPSB).
5. Locate and tap on the Failed Transaction for which you wish to raise a claim.
6. Share the transaction receipt and email it to 👉 ibank@sjiblbd.com

Account Sync in the menu typically refers to a feature that updates or refreshes the linked account information in your ShahjalalTouchPay to ensure everything is current and accurate.
1. Refreshes your linked accounts (e.g., savings, current, investment, DPS accounts, MTDR).
2. Fetches new accounts if you have opened one recently and it hasn’t appeared in ShahjalalTouchPay yet.
3. After opening a new account. If a linked account is not showing.
