Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. Head office and other 93 branches of the Bank organized khatme Quran and Doa-Mahfil on the occasion of its 14th year Anniversary on 10th May 2015. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. A. K. Azad inaugurated the 14th year Anniversary program as chief guest.

Shahjalal Islami Bank started its Banking operation since 10th May 2001. The Bank serving Clients with Modern Technology based banking services through the country wide with its’ 93 branches, 1 Off-Shore Banking Unit as well as remarkable ATM Booths. As on 30th April 2015 the total Deposit of the bank stands Tk. 9907 Crore, total Investment Tk. 8300 Crore. From January-April 2015, total Import Business Tk. 2923 Crore and total Export Business Tk. 2714 Crore.

In the anniversary program Vice-Chairmen of the Board Alhaj Mohammad Younus and Alhaj Md. Abdul Barek, Directors Alhaj Sajjatuz Jumma, Alhaj Akkasuddin Mollah, Alhaj Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Alhaj Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Alhaj Mohiuddin Ahmed, Independent Director Mr. Mosharraf Hossain, Managing Director Mr. Farman R Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Mr. Masihul Huq Chowdhury and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md.
