Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited held the 119th meeting of the board of directors at its board room in Dhaka on Sunday.
Bank’s chairman Mohammad Solaiman presided over the meeting, said a news release.
The board approved a number of investment proposals and discussed various issues relating to policy matters of the bank.
Bank’s directors Sajjatuz Jumma, Akkasuddin Mollah, Mohiuddin Ahmed, Anwer Hossain Khan, Md Sanaullah Shahid, Mohammad Farooq, Mohammad Hasan, Tofazzal Hossain, Abdul Halim, Khandoker Sakib Ahmed, alternate director Md Masud, managing director Muhammad Ali and deputy managing directors Md Mukhter Hossain and Md Abdul Jabber Chowdhury, among others, were present in the meeting.
