Shahjalal Islarm Bank Limited (SJIBL) opened its 52 nd Branch at Gulshan South Avenue, Gulshan 1 in the city Sunday.

The Founder Chairman of the Bank Mr. Sajjatuz Jumma formally inaugurated the Branch as Chief Guest. The inaugural ceremony of the conference was presided over by its Managing Director (Current Charge) Mr. Md. Mukhter Hossain.

Among others, Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Mohammed Solaiman, Vice Chairman Mr. Abdul Barek, Former Chairmen Mr. Akkasuddin Mollah and Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman, Directors Mr. Md. Hasan, Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Syed Nurul Arcfeen, Mr. Tofazzal Hossam, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Mohammed Farooq, Khandoker Sakib Ahmed and a good number of clients and wellwishers were present in the ceremony.

The Chief guest of the function Mr. Sajjatuz Jumma said SJIBL has continued its efforts to reach the modern banking facilities at the doorsteps of the general masses and also to contribute in the national economy as well. He hoped that local businesses will be promoted through the services of the newlyopened branch.

Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohammed Solaiman said the Bank has become one ofthe best banks within a short period due to proper guidelines set by the board of directors and also because of dedication and sincerity of the Bank staffs.

Managing Director (C.C) Mr. Md. Mukhter Hossain said Shahjalal Islarm Bank has earned the confidence of clients through delivering quality services. Dedicated professionalism has helped the Bank to help upward the overall indices. He called upon to invest in different sector through the newly opened branch. He said SJIBL will come forward with big investment if good entrepreneurs are available.
