As part of the CSR activities of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, the Faridpur branch of the bank distributed more than 500 packets of relief items among the unemployed people. The Chairman of Ha-Meem Group Mr. Md. Motaleb Hossain distributed relief items at Switch Gate Embankment and Bakhunda, Faridpur Sadar Upazila among five hundred families as Chief Guest. Among others, the Manager of Faridpur Branch of the Bank Mr. Monirul Islam, the director of the Bangladesh Veterans Hospital Dr. M. Abul Hashem, the Executive Director of Amra Kaj Kori (AKK) Mr. M. A Jalil, BM Alauddin and UP member Mr. Abdul Jalil were also present while relief distribution.

As relief each family got 10 kg of Rice, 01 kg of Pulses, 2 packets of Semai, 01 kg of Salt and 01 piece of Soap.
