Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has engaged Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) to carry out the credit rating work for annual accounts-2008 of the Bank. The Agency will provide rating on the basis of independent analysis of Bank's financial and other related data.

In this connection, an agreement was signed between Shajalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) and Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) at the Head Office of the Bank Ltd. on 09th February 2009. Mr. Muhammad Ali, Managing Director of SJIBL and Mr. Muzaffar Ahmed, President and CEO of CRISL signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. Mr. Md. Mohashin Miah, Executive Vice President of SJIBL, Mr. Khan Abdus Sobhan, General Manager of CRISL and other high officials from both of the companies were present on the occasion.
