Shahjalal Islami Bank organized “Half-Yearly Business Conference-2020”
Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) organized “Half-Yearly Business Conference-2020” on 25th July 2020 through a Digital Platform with a online Video conference. The inaugural ceremony of the Conference was presided over by its’ Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, while the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid was present as Chief Guest.

Among others the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. A. K. Azad, Mr. Mohammed Younus, Independent Directors Mr. K. A. M. Majedur Rahman, the Additional Managing Directors of the Bank Mr. Abdul Aziz & Mr. S. M. Mainuddin Chowdhury, the Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, Mr. M. Akhter Hossain, Mian Quamrul Hasan Chowdhury, Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed and Mr. Nasim Sekander, the Executives from Corporate Head Office, the Head of different Division and the Branch Managers of 132 branches participated in the business conference through online. Mr. Md. Shamsuddoha Shimu, the Head of Public Relations Division of the Bank moderated the program.

In the meeting, the speakers discussed on prevailing situation and planning for future roadmap to overcome the adverse impact of Covid-19 and also discussed the business performance of the last six months of the current year and urged to take necessary strategy and action plan to achieve the business target for the remaining time of the year.
