The 300th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held on 09th July 2020 through a Video Conference. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid. The Board approved a number of investment proposal and reviewed various issue related to policy of the Bank.

Majedur Rahman & Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director Mr. Abdul Aziz, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj & Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar and the CFO of the Bank Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA were also present in the meeting.
