Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) recently organized “Annual Risk Conference-2020” at a Hotel in the Capital. The Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of Mr. M. Shahidul Islam was present as Chief Guest while the Deputy Managing Director & Chief Risk Officer of the Bank Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj presided over the ceremony.

Among others the Additional Managing Directors of the Bank Mr. Abdul Aziz &Mr. S. M. Mainuddin Chowdhury, the Deputy Managing Directors Mr. M. Akhter Hossain, Mian Quamrul Hasan Chowdhury and Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, the Executive Vice President of Risk Management Division Mr. Mohammed Ashfaqul Houque, the Head of different Division, the Executives from Corporate Head Office and the Branch Managers of 132 branches participated in the business conference.

The meeting evaluated overall risk issues of the Bank and adopted Risk Management Strategies necessary strategies and action plan of to achieve the target for the current year.
