The 293rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held recently at Board Room of Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairmen of the Board of Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid. The Board approved a number of investment proposal and reviewed various issue related to policy of the Bank.

Abdul Barek, Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Mr. Mohammed Younus, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus and Mrs. Tahera Faruque, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque & Mr. K.A.M. Majedur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Directors Mr. Abdul Aziz & Mr. S. M. Mainuddin Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md.
