The 288th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held on13th November 2019 at it’s Corporate Head Office Board Room. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah. The Board approved a number of investment proposals and reviewed various issue related to policy of the Bank.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus and Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Mr. Mohammed Younus, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque & Mr. K.A.M. Majedur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Directors Mr. Abdul Aziz,the Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj & Mr. Imtiaz U Ahmed, the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar and CFO of the Bank Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA were also present in the meeting.
