The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited held on 25th July 2019 at RAOWA Convention Hall-1 in Dhaka. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah presided over the meeting. The meeting approved 10 percent Stock Dividend for the Shareholders, the Directors Reported & audited Balance Sheet and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on 31st December 2018.
