The 218th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited held recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by Mrs. Farida Parvin Nuru, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of the Bank. Among others the Directors and member of Board Audit Committee Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Khorshed Alam Khan and Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director Mr. Abdul Aziz, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed and the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
