The 272nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at its’ Corporate Head Office Board Room recently. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah. The Board approved a number of investment proposal and review various issues relating to policy matter of the Bank.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus and Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Mr. Mohammed Younus, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Independent Director Mr. Mosharraf Hossain Chowdhury, Managing Director Mr. M. Shahidul Islam and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj were also present in the meeting.
