The 261st meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at its Head Office Board Room on 27th February 2018. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah. The Board approved a number of investment proposals and reviews various issues relating to policy matter of the Bank.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus and Khandaker Sakib Ahmed, Directors Mr. A. K Azad, Mr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mr. Khorshed Alam Khan, Independent Director Mr. Mosharraf Hossain Chowdhury, Managing Director Mr. Farman R Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Mr. M. Shahidul Islam and Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj were also present in the meeting.
