The 263rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at its Head Office Board Room recently. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah. The Board recommended 10% Stock Dividend among the shareholders on the basis of the audited financial statement of the Bank for the year ended on 31st December 2017.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus and Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Director Mr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. A K Azad, Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Khorshed Alam Khan, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Shahan Ara Begum, Independent Director Mr. Mosharraf Hossain Chowdhury, Managing Director Mr. Farman R Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Mr. M. Shahidul Islam and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj were also present in the meeting.
