The 127th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited was held on May 21, 2012 at head office of the bank. The meeting was presided over by Alhaj Syed Nurul Arefeen, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of the bank. Among others Director Alhaj Abdul Halim, Managing Director Mr. Md. Abdur Rahman Sarker, Additional Managing Director Mr. Md. Mukhter Hossain and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Abdul Jabber Chowdhury were present in the meeting.
